Our IT specialists are active throughout the Netherlands, but we focus on the cities in the Randstad including: Rotterdam, Utrecht, Gouda, The Hague and Amsterdam. We work for various clients in logistics, fashion, finance, media, retail, telecom and government.

Working opportunities

We are constantly looking for young ambitious starters who want to retrain themselves towards IT. During our two-year IT traineeship, we help you develop into a ‘Young IT professional’.

During the first month, you receive broad training to give you a taste of different directions. There are classes in programming with Java, setting up SQL databases, software testing, conducting business analysis and different ways of operating applications. Much attention is devoted to soft skills as well. This will improve your communication and presentation skills.

In the second month you will work with the other trainees on a project. Together you will form a DevOps team. This means that everyone in the team will be involved in all activities related to the creation and maintenance of an application. This allows you to discover which activities suit you best!

Once you have experienced the first two months, you will be ready to start working at one of our clients. There you will apply your learned skills in practice and further specialize in your IT role. Qquest will continue to be involved in your development through coaching, comeback sessions but also many fun activities!
