Career Opportunities

At iTrainee, we guide ambitious students to challenging positions in business and IT. As a trainee, you will work on challenging projects at leading companies such as KLM, Deloitte, or the Ministry, while developing yourself both professionally and personally.

As a trainee, you will work on technical or business issues and projects. This could involve analyzing and optimizing production processes with data, developing software for logistics and energy systems, or realizing integrations between systems and data sources. You will do this at leading organizations in the industrial, energy, finance, mobility, and public sectors. As a science student, you will contribute by translating complex issues into concrete and workable solutions.

Good news! We start a new group of up to 10 trainees every month, so you can start right after getting your bachelor’s or master’s degree. After your training period, we’ll work together to find a match at one of our 130 partner companies that best suits your education, interests, and ambition. Here, you’ll work full-time on challenging projects for 15 months and be trained as a new permanent employee. During this period, you will develop both technically and professionally and contribute directly to the organization. 98% of our trainees remain employed by the company after this period. In other words: the perfect kickstart to your career!
