Who we are and what we do

Nmbrs is a company with a story of its own. After starting out as a payroll administration office, we shifted focus towards becoming a SaaS company. We believe employees are the most important part of any company. For this reason, we have also made it our mission to develop software where the emphasis is on the role of HR. By involving all key users - including the employee - we ensure that an optimal HR service can be provided with minimal effort. This focus, together with efficiency, automation, user-friendliness and continuous innovation, forms the basis of our software.

From our headquarters in Amsterdam, we now provide HR and payroll software for the Dutch and Swedish markets and process more than 850,000 employees per month!

With over 120 employees, we dream of expanding to 20 countries by 2025. We're working on our mission towards building the best online HR and payroll software available online.

Working opportunities

We want to become the first true global HR and payroll supplier. We are currently working with over 120 colleagues to ensure that we can expand towards 2025 to 20 countries. This objective also means that we currently have several functions available to help us with this. This is possible on a full-time or part-time basis, but also for trainees in the field of HR, support, development, marketing and/or sales.

Our corporate culture is one of the most important core values and we are happy to organize fun things together. We don't know of any managers at Nmbrs, so as an employee you have a lot of autonomy to come up with new ideas and put them into practice.
