Because the energy landscape is in full development, your options are endless.

Spoken language: Dutch
Alliander is the largest network operator in the Netherlands and we manage the electricity and gas networks in five provinces. It is up to us to prepare the energy networks for the energy transition. We play a crucial role in the transition to a sustainable energy supply. The biggest challenge in our existence.
The energy transition ensures that the current energy systems will change radically in the coming years, such as decentralized generation and the removal of gas. How does Alliander deal with this? How will Alliander manage the network in 20 years?
Rinke van de Rhee (director of Business Digitization at Alliander) takes you along with the answer: digitization. Digitization offers unprecedented possibilities to manage our networks, to prevent failures or to detect them more quickly. And to invest in the networks in a much more targeted way, namely on the basis of the actual condition of our networks. Rinke van de Rhee will tell you everything about how Alliander applies digitization now and in the future.
