Who we are and what we do

We are ITDS Business Consultants
ITDS is an Amsterdam consultancy for financial service providers. Our core business is financial services, but we also do projects with other kinds of companies. With an enthusiastic team, we work for Dutch and international insurers, banks and pension funds. We combine this experience with in-depth knowledge of technology, legislation and digital marketing. What characterizes us is that we make the connection between Business and IT. The solutions that make the difference lie at that intersection.

In a world where it seems less and less certain, everyone wants to be able to build on a solid financial basis. The industry is now facing major challenges. It must become more digital and more social. With 175 men and women, we think, work and do business with, among others, financial service providers. So that everyone can continue to count on the security they need.

Career Opportunities

ITDS attaches great importance to your career path. During the Business Consultancy Traineeship, the combination of individual personal development and work-related development is central. At ITDS you have equal responsibilities and after 5 weeks masterclass you already start with your first internship assignment at the interface of IT and business.

At ITDS you get the opportunity to work on innovation, data and projects with impact at, among others, financial service providers. During the Business Consultancy Traineeship you will have the opportunity to get the most out of yourself and to further develop your talent with intensive coaching and personal guidance. Does this sound interesting? Do you want to develop further with interesting training and courses? And work on your personal development together with your coach? As an associate business consultant you bring a good foundation with you for your first client assignment. You will continue to develop even after the traineeship.

ITDS is a company with young enthusiastic, driven employees. We do a lot of fun things together, team outings, sports, winter sports. But not now because of the Covid-19 pandemic,. We now keep in touch with each other digitally. We do this by regularly organizing online activities, for example through a Kahoot quiz or a presentation of one of our business lines.
